Modern Pastures is committed to beef raised in a way that is good for human health and the environment. Only beef farmers who intentionally manage grasslands with cattle are tapping into the full ecological benefits available. 

Historically, bison were the OG grazing animals in this area. While bison are making a partial comeback, cattle do a fantastic job of contributing to soil health and biodiversity. They are also more manageable in raising and efficiently convert grasses and other roughage into high-quality protein.
