Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, all items cannot be returned, as our items are food/perishable goods, also we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Ruminate will refund your item if it is unavailable at the time of packaging in the event we are unable to get ahold of you for a substitution.
