The 1/8 Beef Box is ideal for people who prefer to have a wide selection of cuts and have modest freezer space to store them. Carcasses are dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days before skilled butchers hand-cut and wrap your steaks and roasts. Each pack weighs at least 15 kg.
This product is only available in Alberta as it is produced in a Provincially Inspected plant.
Steaks are generally cut to 3/4" thick. Customers rave about the quality of the cutting and presentation of the steaks and roasts from our butcher shop.
Ground beef is sold separately, so those who want more or less ground beef can customize their order.
Each 1/8 pack contains*:
Premium steaks (about 9-11 steaks)
- T-bone steaks (2 packs)
- Rib steaks (2 packs)
- Sirloin steaks (1 pack)
Roasts (3 roasts from these 4 types)
- Cross rib roast
- Chuck roast
- Sirloin roast
- Round roast
Other steaks (at least 2 packs)
- Chuck steak
- Round steak
Stew and ribs (at least 2 packs)
- Premium Stewing beef
- Bone-in ribs
*Note, some packs will differ slightly in contents. Sometimes you will find an extra pack or two to help ensure the case weight is at least 15kg.
