This is my second order from Modern Pastures and the efficiency of receiving an order plus delivery is impressive, the quality of product I feel surpasses some of the items I had been purchasing at my supermarket, the steaks are tender and the lean ground beef actually has flavour...I find the one pound chub an excellent measure as I can turn that into 2-3 meals, so consider me a happy consumer.
The flavour of the ground beef is wonderful and there’s not a ton of fat coming off the meat when cooked. I’m impressed with the quality of the meat.
