You asked for it and we delivered!!!
The Extra Thick Steak Box contains 7 great steaks for those who love meat and want to have the absolute best for themselves or to impress. They are basically mini-roasts, you can crust the outside and have rare in the middle. Chicago Blue anyone? Or cook it to perfection any way you like.
First run was only 30 boxes. Will move fast. Next production is in early June. We started with a small run to test the process. But partway through the run we realized we had something special - that we should have made more. The entire meat production room was drooling, the boss bought a case on the spot. We added a couple extra photos of this product on their first production day, enjoy!

They weren't kidding when they said they were thick! Awesome quality meat and will be coming back for more.
Please keep this box going! Reverse sear technique is the best way to grill this steak. No risk of overcooking the middle and drying out the steak.
Great steak. We Bbq’d a thick strip loin.
Seated it, the. Slow cooked it to medium well.
It was juicy, tender and so flavourful.
We will be looking into different packs for after BBQ season
I have tried to make a purchase multiple times but keep getting rejected because you don’t ship to my address in Calgary
