What makes our beef snacks special:

•    They are super clean.   There are no nitrates, no sugar, they are not smoked, and we use a minimum amount of salt. 

Instead of using preservatives, we reduce moisture to make the products shelf-stable. On the Beef stick, we use a natural acidification with easily digestible citric and lactic acids, so we don’t need to dry the sticks as much as jerky. 

•    Contain only simple ingredients. Our seasoning includes spices and seasonings common to many homes, including allspice, pepper, cayenne, celery seed, coriander, cumin, dehydrated jalapeño, garlic powder, ginger, marjoram, nutmeg, onion powder, oregano, and paprika. 

•    We only use 100% Canadian, single-farm sourced from our regenerative farm northwest of Edmonton. Harvested in a Canadian-owned plant, small batch processed by Canadian processors.

•    They are super lean. We only use lean ground beef to make our Beef Sticks and our Beef Jerky is made with lean whole muscle cuts. This means more protein per calorie and healthy fueling – these are designed for frequent, everyday use to fit busy, active lifestyles

•    Maximum potassium, naturally. We searched the world for a sea salt with high potassium content. Those in the know understand that balancing sodium with potassium helps the human body and brain function better and reduces the negative impacts of sodium. Canadian package labelling laws make it impossible to tell you that our Beef Sticks have an optimal 3:2 sodium-to-potassium ratio. Our jerky hits a 1:1 ratio. 

•    The Jalapeno Beef Sticks and our upcoming Beef Dog contain 10% liver for naturally boosted nutrition. It is recommended that we eat 50-100 grams of liver a week, but few enjoy cooking or eating liver. We made this easy – our product development focused on maximum liver with no off-putting flavour. Eating 3.3 packages or 17 Jalapeno beef sticks a week will be the equivalent of eating 50 grams of fresh liver. A pack and a half of our tasty beef dogs (about 9 dogs) will achieve the same goal. 

FAQ:
1)    Q: Why do you sell in packs of 20 for jerky and 12 for meat sticks? Can I buy a pack to try first? 

A: For launch, we are offering a variety pack (Beef Snack Box) at 30% off to encourage people to try all three products.  We will also offer a mini 3-pack for this purpose, available after Dec 8. 
 
We believe these products will be part of a regular routine for people looking for healthy snacking, hitting protein goals, refueling after workouts, daily lunches and other common frequent uses. As a result, we have focused on offering these packs in the same boxes we sell frozen beef to maintain excellent logical efficiency and priced to reward bulk purchases.
