I received a box from Modern Pastures as a gift from a friend, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve tried the steaks, ground beef, and stir-fry beef, and every cut has been excellent.
The steaks were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The ground beef was lean, fresh, and made delicious burgers, while the stir-fry beef was perfectly cut and incredibly tender. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their products.
